What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is designed to help us understand your concerns, assess how you are moving and determine the most appropriate approach to your care.
01 Consultation
We’ll discuss your current symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and what you would like to achieve from care.
02 Physical Examination
A thorough physical examination will be carried out, which may include assessment of your posture, movement, joints, muscles and neurological function where appropriate.
03 Postural Screening
With your consent, postural photographs may be taken and analysed using posture assessment software to provide additional information about your posture and movement.
04 Report of Findings
We’ll explain the findings from your assessment, answer any questions you may have and discuss the most appropriate care plan for you.
05 Treatment
If chiropractic care is appropriate, treatment can usually begin during your first visit and will be tailored to your individual needs.

His aim is to help reduce pain, improve movement and support better function in everyday life, while providing a professional and positive experience throughout each patient’s care.
